Soy Sauce

Hot and spicey--Frank's hot sauce. Check your fridge for steak sauce too. Probably the dark thinner kind like A-1 would work better than Hienz. Good Luck, and Happy New Year!

you need worch
don't sub soya,it will be toooooooooo salty
worch is a blend ,but the main component is Tamarinds, they are a natural flavour enhancer, like msg or salt.

the main flavor components in Worchestershire are tamarind sauce/paste & anchovy, so it results in a slightly bitter, tangy, salty flavor profile.

If you happened to have a jar of tamarind chutney around, that could work.

Soy sauce as others said, will give you the salty, but not so much the tangy, so maybe combine soy sauce with something like raisins (pureed in a food processor).

Nothing will actually replace the worchestershire sauce but it is only one of the seasonings. Just season you mix to taste with other herbs, sauces or spices you do have on hand.
