Those aren't recipes...they are ingredients found at any grocery store. Confectioners sugar is also known as powdered sugar.

These things you mentioned aren't recipes, they are ingredients. And, you find them at the supermarket. Confectioner sugar is just powdered sugar (well, close enough, anyway).

the sugar is a highly refined white sugar. i am not aware you can make these at home. try the baking isle
