PB & J inside out...... (not really, but)

Whole grain bread toasted, but in a wide mouth toaster... toast the bread two slices against each other, so only one side toasts - the inside gets nice and steamy warm.....
Make the sandwich so the toasted side out, the steamy side in, with JIF creamy peanut butter and a good brand of strawberry jam.... YUM!

Whole grain bread, with crust.
Thin spread of low-fat PB on each slice. (About 1 Tablespoon altogether)
Small spoonful of jelly, spread thin.
Slap together, cut in half, pour a glass of milk and enjoy.

Wonder Sandwich Bread untoasted
Peter Pan Smooth PB
Smuckers Strawberry Preserves
Equal amounts PB and J
Serve with Lays Original Potato Chips and a tall glass of whole Milk.

White
Plain
Smuckers Grape Jelly
Jiff Smooth peanut butter
A little more jelly, but I spread a small amount of it on each slice because it gets too overwhelming with alot.
And crust.
Chocolate milk with it is delicious.

Whole wheat bread
Plain, not toasted
PB: store brand, creamy
Jelly: Red Plum jam
PB on both sides of bread w/ jelly in middle (not too much)
I prefer PB, honey & banana sandwiches
Use a circle cutter to cut off the crusts & seal the edges
Drink milk or water with it:-)

Fresh WW bread. Mix the PB and Jelly and about a tablespoon of real butter all together in a small bowl till creamy.,..then spread on your bread....delish

Without the P. I don't like it.
