********Butter and Garlic Sauce-

1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
4 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. black pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice

Place butter, dressing, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and lemon juice in a large skillet or saucepan. Cook over medium heat until butter melts. Turn off heat and let stand for 20 minutes.

Oh btw .. it was a mild flavored garlic, a little more expensive but well worth it.
And thank you all for sharing ..... Happy New Year Report It

  • Why not do a stir fry with all those ingredients and serve with Asian noodles or over steamed rice??? Just another way to go, faster and more flavor......you could also do a stir fry with a curry sauce on top......

That combination is practically begging for a good Thai peanut sauce. You can either buy the ready-made, or you can quickly stir together your own homemade peanut sauce:

1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    3 tablespoons water
    3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce (nuoc mam)
    1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, coconut milk, water, lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, hot sauce, ginger, and garlic. Mix in the cilantro just before serving.

stir ed fried minced garlic with chill es cut in thin slice and a dash of sugar/pep er and dark so ya sauce.
