Question: Momma's Chocolate Oatmeal cookies
2c sugar
1/4lb margarine (better if you use real butter)
1/2c milk
4tsp cocoa
Put 1st 4 ingredients in pot to bring to a boil. 5-10 minutes, then add
2 1/2c oats
1/2c peanut butter(with or without nuts)
1-2tbsp real vanilla
stir in until thoroughly mixed. Drop onto wax paper til cool. should make around 20-24 cookies.

No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

4 ounces butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 to 4 tablespoons peanut butter, optional
3 cups oats, quick or old-fashioned
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

PREPARATION:

Place chocolate chips, peanut butter (if used), oats, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Combine the margarine, milk, and sugar in a saucepan; bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute. Combine the hot mixture with the oatmeal and chocolate chip mixture; stir well. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.


Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets. Stir together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Stir in the dry ingredients using a wooden spoon. Mix in the oats and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets, leaving 2 inches between cookies.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

These are thick, chewy, and perfect!

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup packed light-brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk
2 large eggs
3 cups old fashioned oats
12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped into 1/2 inch chunks
1 1/3 cups coarsely chopped pecans (5 ounces)
--In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Set dry ingredients aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine butter with both sugars; beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, milk, and eggs; mix well. Add reserved dry ingredients, and beat until just combined. Remove bowl from mixer, and fold in oats, chocolate, and pecans. Place dough in the refrigerator until firm, at least 2 hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350°. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, and set aside. Remove dough from refrigerator. Using an ice-cream scoop, shape into 2-inch-diameter balls. Place six balls on each baking sheet, spaced 4 inches apart, and press down Transfer to oven. Bake until golden, but still soft in center, 15 to 16 minutes. Remove from oven, and place on a wire rack to cool completely. Repeat with remaining dough. Store in an airtight container up to 2 days.

OR

No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (or chunky)
3 1/2 cups dry quick-cooking oats
2 teaspoons vanilla
--Add the first four ingredients into a 4-quart sauce pan. Bring to a rolling boil and hold for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in the next 3 ingredients and drop by tablespoons onto wax paper. Let cool until set.

I just use the Toll House cookie recipe(the one on the bag of Toll House chocolate chips) and add a cup of oatmeal.

Are you referring to the No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal cookies?

2 Cup Sugar
3 Tb Cocoa
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup butter or margarine
3 Cup of Quick Oats
1 Tb of Vanilla
1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter (creamy works best)

Bring sugar, cocoa, milk and butter to a boil, cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Drop onto wax paper or foil. Let cool and enjoy.
