I am looking for a Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip Recipe.?!

layer in 8x8 casserole dish

4 oz cream cheese---spread out evenly over bottom
diced cooked chicken breast
buffalo chicken wing sauce (any brand really)
drizzle with blue cheese or ranch dressing
cover with shredded cheddar

Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes until bubbly---serve with crackers or nacho chips. YUM!

Crockpot Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Dressing
INGREDIENTS:
4 pounds chicken wings
1 1/2 cups bottled chili sauce
3 to 4 tablespoons bottled hot pepper sauce
1 recipe Blue Cheese Dip or bottled Ranch salad dressing
PREPARATION:
Directions for Buffalo chicken wings.
Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing into 2 sections. Rinse chicken; pat dry.
Place chicken on the rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for about 10 minutes, or until chicken is nicely browned, turning to brown both sides evenly. Transfer chicken to crockpot.
Combine chili sauce and hot pepper sauce; pour over chicken wings. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Serve Buffalo chicken wings with Ranch dressing or the following Blue Cheese Dip.
Blue Cheese Dip 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese salt and pepper Combine all ingredients; chill for an hour or two. Serve as a dip for the Buffalo wings. Makes about 1 1/2 cups of blue cheese dip for Buffalo chicken wings.


Buffalo Chicken Wings W/ Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
6 tb Butter or margarine
1/4 c Hot pepper sauce
Vegetable oil for frying
18 Chicken wings, disjointed,-tips discarded
Dipping Sauce:
1/4 lb Blue cheese, Roquefort or-Gorgonzola
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Sour cream
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Wine vinegar
hot pepper sauce to taste
1. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add hot sauce & remove from the heat.
2. In large frying pan or deep-fat fryer, heat 1" of oil to 375?. Fry wings
in batches w/o crowding until golden brown, 12 1/2 minutes. Drain on paper
towels.
3. Brush wings w/ spicy butter & serve warm w/ Blue Cheese dipping sauce.
BLUE CHEESE DIPPING SAUCE
In small bowl, mash the blue cheese, leaving some small lumps. Whisk in the
mayonnaise until blended. Add the remaining ingredients & whisk to blend
well. Cover & refrigerate until serving time.



BUFFALO CHICKEN WING DIP
1 can chicken (large size)
1 8 oz. brick cream cheese
1/2 c blue cheese dressing
1/4 c cayenne pepper sauce
1 pkg. shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
celery sticks, crackers or corn chips
Melt cream cheese over medium-low heat. Once creamy, add blue cheese, hot sauce, and chicken.
Remove from heat, fold in 1/2 pkg. of shredded cheese.
Pour into square 8x8 oven-safe dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with celery sticks, crackers or corn chips.

Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

32 servings 1 13 1 hour 10 min prep

1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 (12 ounce) bottle hot sauce (use whole bottle or just half, if desired)
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) bottle bleu cheese salad dressing (or can use ranch or 8 oz blue cheese and ranch)
2/3 cup chopped celery
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese or monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend


Preaheat oven top 350.
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, celery and cheese.
In a saucepan over med-low heat, combine cream cheese and salad dressing and stir until smooth. Stir in bottle of hot sauce ( don't have to use entire bottle if you want it milder). Pour heated mixture into bowl with chicken mixture. Stir to mix well.
Pour into a 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until bubbly----make sure top doesn't get browned. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve warm OR cold-----tastes best warm--- with celery or other veggies and crackers.

BUFFALO CHICKEN WING DIP

1 package softened cream cheese
2 cups cooked chunked boneless skinless chicken breast
chunky bleu cheese dressing
hot wing sauce
1 package shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Spread cream cheese in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Mix hot wing sauce with the chicken and pour on top of the cream cheese, spread the chunky bleu cheese dressing over chicken mixture and top with Monterey Jack cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly
