I have a good idea; it will still be cold but you can't recook it anyway. Even better if you some leftover steamed rice.

In any event; here's what I do;

2 cups steamed rice,
3 green onions, sliced,
1/2 cup frozen green peas, cooked
Shrimp and if they are large cut them in two
1/4 red onion sliced very thinly

Combine all and toss lightly, add extra virgin olive oil to taste, about 2 tblsps, salt & cracked black pepper, If you like it hot add a little hot sauce or peppers. Toss again and serve.

Fast, easy & tasty. In a pinch if I don't have any leftover shrimp I will use a small tin of small shrimp. Very tasty.

Is it still raw or cooked??? Please let us know.....if raw,

If it's cooked, you're going to have to eat it at room temp ( you said you don't like it cold) perhaps in a salad......since cooked shrimp are delicate, if you try and reheat them, they'll get tough and rubbery......Enjoy!!

Leftover shrimp is great mixed with pasta. Really any kind of pasta and sauce you are in the mood for. Stir it in at the last minute to keep it from overcooking.

It's also great in quesadillas. If you have those ingredients on hand, just slice the shrimp into chunks and stick them in with the cheese and veggies.

You could also add it to a can of clam chowder. Again, add it at the end so it doesn't overcook.

Lastly, I love shrimp salad. Either in a sandwich or on greens. Just cut the shrimp into chunks, mix with mayo, celery, a squeeze of lemon juice If you have dill or tarragon on hand, add a pinch of that too.

Quick and easy. Boil some pasta, heat up your favorite jar of alfredo, when that's hot, toss in the leftover shrimp. Garnish with Parmesan, pepper, and parsley or cilantro. (Yes, I've done this, and it works really well with about any leftover.) Can't let the good stuff go to waste.

I assume they're from a shrimp ring?? So they're already fully cooked.

Pull the meat from the shell and chop it up. Add it to soup or toss it on a salad. Put it in an omlette or add it to a stir-fry.

I agree with the others here who say to add it to an omelet or a pasta sauce -- note: do this at the last minute! only enough to warm up the shrimp.

Also, putting it into a pasta/veggie salad is great (but if you don't like it "cold", then you probably won't go for this).

Another possibility would be to make a "shrimp salad," i.e., chop the shrimp, mix with mayo and a little sweet pickle relish, and eat on bread, crackers, or thick cucumber slices. (And again, if you don't like it "cold" then you probably won't go for this.)

Personally, I would add it to stir-fried veggies, and again, toss in at the very last so you heat only enough to warm the shrimp. (I might even stir the shrimp in, and take it off the heat, so the shrimp doesn't get overcooked and rubbery.)

You can wash them off in cold water and peel the shells off (if any). Then use them in shrimp cakes, seafood alfredo, salads, or even mix them with meat to make dumplings/wantan. Good luck!

JUST MAKE A SOUP,AND ADD NOODLES AND SHRIMP THE LAST SINCE THEY ARE COOKED ALREADY,
