How do you make a corn-beef flan?!
Answers: i once new how to make this but i for got now so i hope some one knows & can let me know.
Begin with a pastry shell.
Shred your corned beef and place in shell, add some onion and diced cooked carrot.
Whisk together 3-6 eggs, depending upon the size.
Sprinkle with tasty cheese, or a cheese you like.
Bake in a preheated 165C oven until the cheese is browning and the eggs are set.
I agree with Dune. Make it just like a Quiche. You probably are not in the mood to make a proper quiche pastry dough and the frozen shells are quite OK.
