Grilled fish is easy and fast. You can use fresh dill, salt, pepper, galric, and lemon to season.
As a side, steam veggies and/or brown rice. Add some spices to give it flavor such as salt, pepper, onion powder, galric powder, low fat butter or olive oil, etc.
