My favorite way to make chicken breasts is under the broiler.
First Marinade the chicken in your favorite sauce. Put the chicken in a baking dish and in the middle of the oven. Put the timer for 8 minutes and then turn the chicken over and cook it for 10 more minutes. It turns out juicey and great!

Coat with corn-meal or bread-crumbs in a zip-loc bag.
Bake in 400F oven for 45-60 minutes, test with sharp knife.
Best technique is to use a meat-thermometer.
