yes covering food while in the oven baking holds in the flavor, and makes it real tender. You can turn your chicken breast a couple of times if you like, but being covered while cooking it....it turns out evenly brown and cooked thur and thur anyway.
i don't think so
yes i would to make sure its done
no because food poisoning is sooooo pleasant
No need to flip....but I always cover mine half the time...and its good. =)
yes
i never do...it dries it out and takes away the flavor
Yes definitely cover it with Aluminum foil! You should cook it at 350 for about and hour or so and flip it half way through!
i think u leave it like that dont flip it, my mom does it that way and its perfect!!:) no i dont think its true, its perfect when not covered
doesn't make a diffrence
nah
yes flip them!!! evenly cook them so you are not eating raw chicken. check out the source below for some great chicken recipes!
If it's boneless skinless, I never flip them.
As far as covering them, I've never noticed any difference in tenderness.
And don't listen to the person who said to bake them for an hour unless you want to eat chicken jerky. Boneless skinless breasts only take 20 minutes or so if they're thawed.
you shouldnt flip it. the steam from the oven will cook it.
No...better way is 2 fry ... "ONE" ...side first.. then bake it 4 ..450 ..4 ..7 min... pocke-it 2 see if it is done....
...if "U" cover them will taste like boilled meat; ... unless is the hole-chicken..
yep
Yes turn them when they are about half done. Covering holds in the steam and that helps tenderize the meat
no i never do and it turns out great.
no need too just let em bake covering any food locks in more moisture after baking tilt pan some to let food drain not to soak up juice
IF covered, No, They are more tender when you eat them and more juicy also. IF on a grill just flip them once. This will help lock in the flavors and the juice, if you flip them too many times they can be very dry.
it really depends on what your cooking it on and how you want it done.
marinate them over night cover cook much better
Umm Yeah I flip it so it will be crispy on both sides.
you dont flip the chiken but u can turn it over so that both side will cook properly.
Not needed since baking is a steady heat from all sides.
yes flip it. if you dont the bottom will be greasy and soft. make sure the top is brown bewfor flipping. do it 3/4 of the way into your cooking
You should flip to ensure even cooking and not having one side of the chicken over done or like my kids say rock hard.
I don't think flipping is necessary. I just make sure the chicken is covered so that the moisture stays in.
I don't, because flipping them makes both the top and the bottom soggy.
Best bet, put them on a cooling rack on the sheet pan. Then both sides get dry baked, and neither side sits in the fat/juices at the bottom.
Yes, turn them over at the half way time that you intend to bake them.
um yes to the tender and juicyier if covered with foil the first half or even 3/4 of cooking. and it deepends on what kind of chicken you are cooking if you should flip them. you don't always have to. if the recipie calls for it then do it, if not then don't.
