Baking chicken breast, wrap or cover with foil????!

wrapping each individual chicken is not going to make any difference on how juicy it is. it all depends on timing. if you keep a good watch on it and check it often it will turn out great.

depends skin off or on
skin off uncovered
skin off in foil with some veggies and garlic and olive oil will be fine

to ensure it's juicy don't overcook,that's the key.
as for flavor,is it skinless or bone in skin on?
skinless ,sautee first ,to brown,then if needed finish in oven.
skin on bone in roast,no foil

On the grill I wrap it up. On the cookstove I use a lid.
