Already prepared the ingredients, but..?!
-boiled and cubed chicken
-sliced cooked carrots
-chopped celery and onion
Recipes that call for additional ingredients are good too. I prefer meals with mostly veggies and as little fat as possible.
Is there anything I can fix? Please help, all answers are greatly appreciated.
Answers: I was going to make a casserole for dinner, but realized it was too fattening. What can I do with these ingredients that I've already cooked, chopped, and prepared?

what is the fattening ingredient? can you substitue something else? consensed mushroom soup? a white or cheese sauce? then bake in your casserole.
or, chop the veggies and the chicken fine, add mayo, and make a chicken salad for sandwiches or the center of a salad.
or, put everthing in a pot with some chicken broth (or campbell's chicken noodle soup), and make a wonderful homade soup.
or, cook some noodles, add chicken, broth, and veggies to make chicken and noodles.
only limited by your imagination.
homemade chicken noodle soup or chicken pot pie
How about a chicken stir fry?? Heat up a little oil, saute the veggies with a little garlic (and ginger, if you have any on hand) throw in the chicken and serve over steamed rice with a little soy sauce on the side... yum!!
