I'm gonna go with fricassee?!

Question: Does ANYONE go with fricassee as a choice?

according to the BBC's food glossary "The term fricassée is often applied to anything cooked in a creamy white sauce "

he wants to do this with a STEAK?

how horrible?

What does this mean?
