Make some instant white rice, add peas & carrots, butter and serve, alongside any meat or foul.

You can make your own onion dip by mixing silken tofu with a dry onion soup mix and some extra seasonings to taste (I like to add a little lemon juice).

Do yourself a favor and don't eat the canned peas and carrots. There are a number of organic frozen eveges now with higher vitamins. As for a paring, a couscous woudl lbe nice, quick and easy. Couscous is like a blank piece of paper, anything can be done with it. Add some sundried tomatoes and basil, add the veges with a little oilive oil. Yum.


Was just watching over the weekend programs on processed food. I don't think I can ever eat canned foods again.

For quick meals, try small size of chicken,cut into pieces,adding your favorite vegetables,salted with black pepper and spices.Oven and finish your other duty.If your in for a quick meal,all the favorite vegetables+1 tomato+1small onion,spices,salt and pepper,drop of olive oil ,cook in a low fire will give you the healthy food you'll need.

I know that some vegetarians allow the consumption of fish in their diets. So, how about grilled fish filets?
