I have 3 BIG Chicken Breasts, 10oz of fresh spinach, crumbled feta & blue cheese, any recipe ideas for dinner?!

Question: Chop the spinach and mix it with the cheeses together. 'Stuff' the breasts and tie them with string and bake at 350 degrees until the chicken is done and the cheese is melting. If you have some bread crumbs or cracker crumbs, and some egg and milk, you can 'dip' the stuffed chicken in a mixture of egg and milk and then into the bread crumbs for a really TASTY dish ... use Italian seasoning or oregano if you have them in the crumbs ... and serve with a nice green salad and a light vinaigrette. You don't need a 'starch' because of the bread crumbs on you chicken. You are SO LUCKY ... I would have to ask you to make my chicken WITHOUT the spinach, since I just found out (about two months ago, and it still hurts) that I'm ALLERGIC to spinach, and that was my 'all time favorite' vegie!

melted cheese chicken with sauteed spinach

A spinach salad with chicken breast and brumbled feta and blue cheese!

cook chicken partially
add cheese(s)
and have a side of spinich

bake or roast the chicken. cut it up. place each piece on a leaf of spinach and put melted cheese inside with it. wrap up

Do you have bread? Cause then you could make some kind of chicken caeser salad.

...boiled the chicken 'til it's all white then shred it, the spinach obviously the main part ..put it in a bowl and sprinkle the feta cheese over it and chicken. add your favorite dressing and other salad stuff and you're got a chicken feta cheese salad

Pound out the chicken breasts until they are thin, then stuff them with the spinach and cheese. Actually, I was thinking about making that same thing for dinner with mozzarella cheese.
