How can I make a hunan?!

Question: The other answers about Hunan being a place and a type of cuisine are, of course, correct. However is you are speaking of making something akin to a stir fry simply decide what kind you want...chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, etc.. buy the meat along with your choice of veggies, (you can buy frozen stir fry veggies), in the condiment aisle there are tons of different stir fry sauces, ranging from Terriyaki to other that get pretty darn "hot". Take a big skillet (unless you have a wok, put a bit of the sauce in and let it get hot, add your diced up meat, when the meat is no longer pink, add your veggies, keep stirring and mixing and heat through.
