Has anyone ever had cheesecake w/ white chocolate chips in it?!

Question: A few years back on a flight down south, the dessert on the plane ride was a thick, rich cheesecake w/ a hint of lemon flavor, white chocolate chips throughout and a shortbread crust. Anyone ever try a similiar desert or have a recipe like it. If so I would love the recipe! Thanks!
