Potatoes.. fried or mashed?!


Question: COUNTRY HOME FRIES

6 white potatoes
2 onions (med.)
1 med. yellow squash
1 med. zucchini squash
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
Pepper (optional)
1 tsp. parsley

Peel and dice potatoes, onions, and squash. Mix together and fry in oil. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Cook at medium heat, turning the fries often to avoid sticking. Serve hot for a great country breakfast.

I like both, but the mash boil the potatos until tender remove water add some evaporated milk butter salt and cream cheese and is taste awesome

Burgers... french fried
ham and beans... fried with a little onion.

Chicken... mashed with corn
pan fried steak... mashed with corn
meat loaf..mashed w/green beans
