Hey Kentucky,

I know there are some positive benefits from honey, but as long as it gets into my belly often, I don't care about what other-else it can be used for.

i just like to eat it.

One I make at my restaurant to go with cornmeal crusted curry seared sea scallops:
In food processor place one cup good honey (for this dish I use buckwheat honey.)
A four teaspoons of Sambuca (or similar.)
Put into a squeeze bottle and drizzle lightly over scallops. This will keep well and you can thin with a hot water bath in the future.
