Answers: Recipes and food types / genres would be great thanks!

Pork skins, cashews, pickled eggs, nachos, ham & cheese empanadas, salsa & tortilla chips, and pizza!

Peanuts and pretzels for starters.

Just about anything salty and crunchy.......some of my faves are:

Dry Roasted Peanuts/Cashews
Pretzels
Beer Nuts
Chips (I guess you call them crisps in Australia)
PIZZA!!!! (what's pizza w/o a good beer??)
Crackers and good sharp Cheddar Cheese
Fondue
ANYTHING deep fried......Gee, now I'm getting hungry......

Enjoy your beer-fest!!!

Salty snacks or burgers and other sports bar food.

pretzels, or have you ever had beer chips? they sell them at costco and sams club where i live, they are really good. :D

I know it sounds weird - but I make Kimchee (hot spicy Korean pickle) cucumbers every summer - and my husbands buddies eat them up with beer all football season.

This is what I make for my Husbands card party monthly.... They eat everything only leaving a few drops of sauce.

Brown sliced smoked sausage. Melt steak sauce, cranberry sauce and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth. Place meatballs in crock-pot, pour mixture over and place the crock-pot on low. Excellent!

2 to 3 hours.

Chips and nacho dip, cheeseballs and spicy french drsg. for dipping. Bacon wrapped water chesnuts in a mild barbque sauce.
Mini quiches. Meatballs/sauce w/ toothpicks
I could go on and on but I don't really think it matters, after a few drinks, anything is good. Bagels & dip. Chicken strips and ranch. Just depends if your watching your wt. or not.

anything salty or spicy---
chicken wings
peanuts
chips
pizza
nachos
hot dogs

can't go wrong with pretzels

Besides the obvious salty snack foods (pretzels, potato chips, Chex Mix), Irish/British Pub Food is excellent with beer. This includes Shepard's Pie, Fish & Chips, Beef Stew, etc.

Spicy Chili is also super good with beer.

Yum Yum
