I am not sure you can eat a slow cooker

Go onto moneysaving.com site - there is a whole section there for slow cooker recipes!! Might have to look under crockpot though.

Take some metal and heat it until it is molten. Take your mould and pour the molten metal into the mould. Allow to cool. Remove from mould and add handles. Enjoy.

My favourite is BBQ chicken. Add raw chicken breasts to a jar of bbq sauce (Sausages Tonight Ranch Barbecue is the best) and a carton of passata and let it cook all day. Serve with vegetable rice.

Also, i love to cook up a bolognese or Thai green curry and leave it in the slow cooker on low for a couple of hours to let the flavours come together.

Just bung in a load of veg, some stock and any meat, turn it on in the morning and when you come home from work you'll have a wonderful casserole to eat with some crusty bread.

Chicken casarole, Beef stew, Spag Bog

I like this website... I have tried the cheesy chicken and it was good. http://www.momof9splace.com/crockpot.htm...

This time of year my favourite is stew or casserole.

I use a variety of vegetables, including carrots and onions, herbs and seasoning plus diced meat, or chicken thighs, whatever is handy. Sometimes I add pulses (soaked and pre-cooked for 10 minutes first). All go into the slow cooker, cover with water or stock, and leave to cook. Nice and simple.

Also towards the end I might pop in some dumplings.

Any left over is frozen for another day.

Here's a recipe i found for my cooking recipes its a nice dish and you would proberly love it

1 bottom round or rump roast
3 carrots, cut in 2 inch pieces
3 celery stalks, cut in 2 inch pieces

salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup flour

Directions
Brown beef on all sides in skillet.
Place vegetables in bottom of slow cooker crock.
Place browned beef on top of vegetables.
Pour stock over all.
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
Remove beef; cover to keep warm.
Strain liquid into saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Mix milk and flour in a shaker.
Add to boiling liquid and stir until gravy is desired consistency

Crock Pot Triple Chocolate Mess
1 package chocolate cake mix

1 pint sour cream

1 small package instant chocolate pudding

1 small bag chocolate chips

3/4 cup oil

4 eggs

1 cup water

Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients. Pour into crockpot.

Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

Serve in a bowl with ice cream.

My favourite is to brown some lamb cubes (a slow cooker does not colour of course) and put in stock in the slow cooker. Add some mint, parsley and peppers and onions (dried). About half way through cooking, add peas and chopped tin tomatoes and red wine. Serve with mash. The lamb is so tender it just falls about without effort.
