Answers: As I do not understand kgs can you tell me how long to bake the joint?

There are 1000gms per kilogramme.
1 hour should do it + 20 minutes + resting time.

One kilo is 1000 grams so one hour should be fine

Cook it for 1 hour - there are 1000 grams in a kilogram.

1 kg = 1000 grammes so cook it for an hour.

an hour.

1000gram = 1kg

1 kg is 1000grams so an hour

1 kg = 2lb and it will take pre heat oven on 180c for 1-1/2 hours which means 90 minutes

1kg is 1000grams so you need to cook it for 1 hour.

1 kg =1000g

An hour. Or when the meat is so soft you can push a knife gently through it.

bout an hour should be ok---30mins =500g
60 mins=1kg

Yes 1 hour for cooking but soak it in water for about 5hr to remove salt content

It Depends how you cook it. I cook my gammon and bacon joints in a pressure cooker for 25 minutes per kilo (1000 grams) plus 20 minutes. So, a 500 gm joint is 12 and half minutes + 20 total 32 minutes timed from cooker reaching pressure. Comes out beautifully cooked moist and melts in the mouth.

500gms is half a kilogram so if you have to cook half a kilogram for 30 mins you would have to cook 1kilogram for 1 hour i hope this helps.

1kg is 1000 grams so you will need to cook the joint for 1 hour. Good luck!

cook it until the fat surrounding the joint is breaking away from the meat, put a fork between the meat and the fat iff it breaks away it is cooked,
