Do you like to bake from scratch or from a mix? I"m a mix kinda gal!
If u like to bake from scratch I suggest you invest in these cookbooks:
Anything from Bette Hagman, such as GLuten Free GOurmet and I think she has one just for GF desserts.
Cooking Wheat Free and Gluten Free for Kids and BUsy Adults by COnnie Sarros

Carol Fenster also has several good cookbooks

www.glutenfreegirl.blogspot.com is a great site also.

If u like to use mixes I love these:

Pamela's Products
Bobs Red Mill
Kinnikinnick.com for premade bread stuff.

Hope that helps.

you could look online for a cookie recipie

Go to Whole Foods and buy a gluten free dessert mix.

How about a fruit tart?

I would just get on line and look up a reciepe for gluten free diets.

dont bake

A PIE

A PIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AN APPLE PIE!

when i first look at it, gluten free pastries doesnt sound very possible. but now that i look it up in the dictionary, it somehow, in a wierd way, comes together. anyway, id say cookies or something of the sort. personally i like soft brownies and gooey chocolate chip....

Assuming your household is already gluten-free, and that you have gluten-frree baking ingredients around, here's a website I found: www.csaceliacs.org. The recipes on there SOUND good, at any rate although I have not personally tried them. Happy baking!

Here's a site with all Gluten free recipes. Lots to choose from.

any cookie you can eat
