Honestly, the meals possible in a slow cooker are endless. Just use a little imagination and buy a book (Amazon) of further ideas and recipes.
Brilliant invention slow cookers. I have two. A small one for just me and a bigger one for when I have guests to dinner.
I make a braised pork shoulder in mine pretty often. A couple chopped onions, some mustard, hot sauce, lots of black pepper, salt, a few cloves of garlic and beer to cover the meat. let it go for about 12 hours and the meat is falling apart tender. I shred it up with forks and mix it with barbeque sauce.
check the recipe book that came with your cooker. they have recipes especially tested for YOUR cooker.
call the manufacturer to see if they can supply you with the origional cookbook if you have lost the first one. sometimes, the manufacturer issues additional recipes.
call your friends/family to get recipes that you particularly like.
there are a gazillion recipe books for crock pots. see your favorite book store, or library.
experiment. change a tried and true recipe a little. you may prefer it.
as a last resort, get on the internet, look up several sites, which might direct you to other sites. they may not be the right size for your cooker, the timing may be different depending on the heating controls.
check it out. these options should help
To add to ladyfrom.. I use mine for curries, stews, beef with orange is wonderfully tender in the slow cooker, but there are many internet sites with far more ideas than even I know of ... Breakfast recipes can also be adapted successfully to a slow cooker - I have started to do porrige in mine. I am diabetic and need to eat straight away when I wake up, sometime very early and not in a fit state to start from scratch and that and breakfast casseroles all make an interesting change.
