Pulled BBQ?!

Question: After I make a pot roast in the crock pot... what is the best way to make pulled BBQ out of the leftovers?
I screwed it up bad last time, and had to throw it out.
Thanks!!

Heat up a mixture of your favorite barbeque sauce, a little beef broth or water, salt, pepper, brown sugar if you wish, and a little vinegar...bring to a boil and then simmer...shred meat and place into sauce...cover and simmer on low heat for 1-1 1/2 hours, replacing sauce as needed.

INGREDIENTS
Boston butt roast
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/8 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 onion, chopped
3 cups barbecue sauce

You can't get BBQ from a crock pot. BBQ is meat cooked with smoke.
If you want to use your leftovers for something:
Using 2 forks pull the meat apart (this is where the "pulled" comes from)
Then reheat the meat in the microwave and add you favorite sauce.

This is not BBQ - it's pot roast in BBQ sauce.

BBQ Sauce for leftover beef or pork.
1 Tbsp. chili powder (or to taste)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste or sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar, more or less
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. yellow prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
add a little water and let cook in crockpot 3+hours.
