Does anyone have a pasta salad recepie that is common in salad bars in the pub?!


Question: Corkscrew Pasta Salad

10 ounces fusilli pasta ( tricolored or plain)
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup chopped mushrooms
3/4 cup fat free Italian-style dressing

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and mushrooms. Pour enough dressing over to coat; toss and refrigerate until chilled.

INGREDIENTS
1 (12 ounce) package uncooked pasta shells
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound cooked crabmeat
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions


DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta shells 10 to 12 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
In a bowl, blend the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey mustard, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, toss together the cooked pasta, sour cream mixture, crabmeat, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and green onions. Cover and chill until serving.

Cook 1 lb. tri-color rotini pasta to al dente (about 9-10 mins. or follow directions on package)
Drain and put in a large mixing bowl.
Add 1 can drained sliced black olives, 1 chopped red onion and 1 bottle Wish Bone Zesty Italian dressing. Mix well, chill and eat!
