To venture into something like this is Very Risky, 90% of all new restaurants/eating establishments go out of Business within 1 year, and these places are opened by people with experience. You have no recipes, no experience......2 strikes before you even open the doors. My advice is get some experience by working at a burger shop, listen to the customers and learn what they like and don't like, what sells and what doesn't, then start to experiment with recipes that will Define your products from everyone else.

Make the trip to Seattle, if you're not already there, and check out Dick's. It is far and away the best burger place I have ever been to. They're cheap, they're good, they're perfect.

the basic things you need including good recipes are
#1 a place big enough t o house cook area, and seating say 50 people.
#2 Insuance minimum say 1 million dollar police for liability and comensation.
#3 a license and name/llc!
#4 as well as insurance a Bond! for 1 million against (checks and product)
#5 sides Drinks, etc. contracts with drink distributors!
#6 loan to cover this/ or at least in Bank maybe 3 million?
#7 something different on menu to catch people EYE!
