Answers: not fried, of course. but how else can i make shrimp???

Grill it
Stir fry it
Broil it
Boil it

Eat it with plenty of veggies and a low fat/fat free marinade. If you grill it, stir fry it, or broil it us Pam. It is virtually fat free and calorie free.

I stick it on wooden skewers and add some citrus grill seasoning, you can find it with the spices. Then I stick it on my indoor grill.

steamed with only seasonings like salt peppr and lemon juice added on top.

Boiled is the healthiest.

nfd?

Use a grill or a George Foreman grill. Or stick it in the broiler for 3 minutes till its turned to letter C not o and full pink

SHRIMP SCAMPI

24 lg. uncooked shrimp (peeled, deveined, leaving tails on)
4 lg. garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. white wine
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Lemon wedges
bread crumbs

In a skillet, saute a few spoons of bread crumbs, parsley and garlic until lightly browned. (Add garlic after a few moments so that it doesn't get brown.)
Add shrimp, marinade and juice from a couple of lemon wedges and cook until shrimp are pink (a few minutes) and juices in pan are bubbling hot.

Serve shrimp with scampi sauce for dipping, and garnish with lemon wedges

Boil them, chill them, then enjoy them with cocktail sauce or a wedge of lemon. They have zero-calorie cocktail sauce in stores, I believe.
