Chinese cold pasta salad

INGREDIENTS
8 ounces dry fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Rinse and drain. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, broth, soy sauce, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Mix well. Add pasta, sliced red pepper, scallions, and cilantro; toss to combine. Chill.


Confetti Pasta Salad

6 cups coloured rotini pasta (cooked, drained and rinsed under cold water)
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked ham
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 small yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 large plum tomato, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta cheese (or use 1 cup finely cubed cheddar cheese)
fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
salt (to taste if needed)
DRESSING
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (can use more, or use favorite brand ranch dressing)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon seasoning salt (or use 1/2 teaspoon white salt)
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic (or use 1 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste)

In a large glass bowl mix together all salad ingredients except the salt and pepper.
In a small bowl combine the dressing ingredients until well blended; pour over the salad and toss to combine.
Season with black pepper and salt if desired to taste.
If the mixture seems dry add in a little more mayonnaise.
Cover and refrigerate for a minumum of 4 hours.

Sounds good, and easy.

yes, but these are good too:

EASY PASTA SALAD

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles, boiled
1 can tiny shrimp
1 bunch little green onions
Lawry's seasoning salt to taste
Mayonnaise

Boil noodles; drain and rinse. Put in bowl. Pour shrimp in bowl. Add 1 bunch of little green onions (chopped). Add Lawry's seasoning salt to taste and add mayonnaise to taste. Chill and eat.

QUICK AND EASY PASTA SALAD

Combine 1 pound of cooked spaghetti or any type of pasta.
8 ounces bottle of Italian salad dressing.

4 tablespoons of salad supreme.

Toss with an assortment of chopped vegetables.

Serves at least 20 people.

Tomatoes and cucumbers are a good combination to use in salad.

That does look like a good salad! Here's one that's also good:

1 pkg bow tie pasta, cooked, cooled
1 can sliced black olives
1/2-3/4 cup cubed sharp cheddar
1 whole cucumber, chopped
bottled Italian dressing
bottled ranch dressing
salt and pepper to taste.

Combine first 4 ingredients. Sprinkle with Italian dressing until wet. Add some ranch until creamy. Salt and pepper to taste.
