What is best served with salmon?!

Question: what other foods would you consider "salmon-friendly". I've decided to broil it if that helps anyone out there.

Roasted cherry tomatos (cover in balsamic vinegar and olive oil first), new potatos, and green beans,

Salmon with Steamed brocolli, lemon and a glass of wine

I prefer veggies with mine, broccoli, cauliflower or zucchini. I usually broil mine with Italian dressing and added spices.

I like teriyaki salmon and white rice served with some veggies. I also like creamy dill sauce on salmon, lemon pepper crusted salmon, and baked salmon with mango salsa.

Frozen Garden Peas With Spring Onions finely chopped, Do them in White Wine then when the wine has reduced a big knob of butter, proper butter, Lurpak's the best, season and serve, Dish Delish!!!!!!

And roast the salmon not broil, Very hot oven 10 mins. Thats It fab meal!!!!!

I always like a nice wild rice mix and spinach salad or any sort of simply prepared cooked veggies.

There are so many great dishes you can make alongside your broiled salmon. Asparagus, rice pilaf, green beans steamed and dressed with a bit of sauteed onions and balsamic vinegar, tomato-basil-mozzarella salad, roated or grilled summer squash and zucchini seasoned with thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, mashed sweet potatoes, garlic butter pasta with basil, the possibilities are many!

the best are fries and salad. they go well with salmon.

just try some veggies and olive oil and sautee them. Then season them a little. It's super easy and it also tastes good

Gosh, I'm soooooo hungry now! How about a nice brown rice pilaf with some sliced almonds? For a veggie, I agree with the asparagus people, although lightly sauteed spinach (olive oil, smidgen of garlic) wuld also be so good! I might have to make that for dinner this week sometime.

We like it stuffed with a mixture of white rice and wild rice dressing.Broccoli or asparagus spears.

Boiled new potatoes with butter & salard
