Men or women?, what is the one meal that you can cook and be great every time?!

Curry. I add lots of curry leaves to bring out the aroma.

Everything. I am a great cook and my wife tries everything she can to avoid cooking so I will do it.

spaghetti...everyone loves it. family. PTA pot luck whatever it's a fave

Lasagna... My husband loves it and even brags about my lasagna. I think its funny.

my great gramdmama's meatballs with this sauce stuff that brings out a sweet yet meatish flavor and with rice underneath.

oh but my mom also makes this normal baked chicken but stuffs it with rice inside with bacon, celery, spring onions, etc. and some other spice stuff.

Garr. I sooo hate you right now ur making me hungry D;

People who have come to dinner parties or whatever and eaten my lasagna have asked me later, "So, when are you gonna make some more of that lasagna?"

Italian Sausage and peppers over pasta.

Boil the pasta, drain, add to a large bowl and drizzle a little olive oil over it.
Cook the sausages whole til brown, remove from pan. Cook the peppers in the sausage juices until just tender. Slice the sausages in 1/2 inch or 1 inch pieces and add back to the peppers to finish cooking. (not pink)
Add to the pasta and toss. Sprinkle with some fresh Parmesan cheese.

Note: you can add chopped tomatoes and onions to this recipe if you like. You can also put the sausage and peppers on sandwich rolls with some provolone.

It's great every-time!!

cabbage rolls. They are traditional in my country and I think there must be 100 recipes out there, some of them having nothing to do with cabbage or meat or rice :)
