You can try with tomato sauce, mince meat if those r not available.
you can prepare a tomato sauce with fresh tomato add in some slice thin onion voila the sauce is ready

Spaghetti is all about the sauce. Go for a tomato sauce, season with garlic, basil (if you have it) and simmer a while before eating. If you like/eat meat..... season the sauce with meat or meat sauce (I like pork or Italian sausage OR ground beef). Good luck! Garlic.......dont forget garlic.

Besides a good tomato based sauce, you need good parmesan or pecorino romano cheese.

I freeze apart of this.
I also add my spaghetti to the sauce when done and place in the oven on low to let it flavor through.
When serving top with your favorite cheese.

Meaty Spaghetti Sauce
Makes 16 cups

1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound pork sausage
2 ounces sliced pepperoni sausage
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 onions, chopped
2 carrots, diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
3 cubes beef bouillon cube
3 bay leaves
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon white sugar 1 cup beef broth

In a large stockpot cook the ground beef, sausage, pepperoni, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, garlic, onion, carrots and celery. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain into a large colander to drain grease. To the large sauce pot, add the mushrooms, tomato sauce, tomatoes, tomato paste, bouillon cubes, bay leaves, thyme, oregano, basil, crushed red pepper, black pepper, sugar, and beef broth and stir well. Pour the meat mixture into the pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 2 hours.

You could use a tomato based sauce or a garlic olive oil type sauce. Don't overcook the pasta.

All the best :)

Saute a chopped onion and several chopped garlic cloves in hot ghee. Add tomato puree, basil, oregano, and salt to taste. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve over spaghetti.

boil the pasta in water with some salt.
now u need to pour the sauce over it. u can buy this from a shop right, dolmio's or soemthing should be called pasta sauce.

spagheti carbonara is lovely.
Just have spaghetti and cook these ingredients for a sauce in a saucepan

2 Eggs
Carton of cream
Herbs
2tbsp Mayonnaise

Add bacon and mushrooms if you like or any other meat.

You need to start with: In a large skillet with a little olive oil, brown 1 chopped large onion and about 3 or 4 cloves of garlic minced, add 1 pound of lean ground beef and 1 chopped green bell pepper. When meat is brown and is no longer pink add 1 (14.5 oz.) can of diced tomato, 1 (8oz.) can of tomato sauce and 1 (6 oz.) can of tomato paste. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer and cook for about 1 to 2 hrs. This is important because the sauce thickens and all the flavors combine for a great tasting sauce. When sauce is ready, cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until firm, about 8 to 10 mins. Don't over cook or pasta will be mushy. Put spaghetti on a plate and spoon sauce over pasta with some grated parmesan cheese. Serve with a tossed salad with vinegarette dressing and garlic toast. I know this seems like a lot of work, but for great tasting sauce, it's worth it.
