How often do you cook with beer, I 'm making beef beer soup today.?!

My husband uses beer and Jack Daniels constantly in anything he cooks. I don't cook much, heh. Jack Daniel's is THE BEST on a nice juicy steak.

I didn 't know that you can cook food with beer...

When I make , brats, or Guinness's stew. Or anything beer battered. Cooking with beer is nothing new.

YEAH that would be good. I pour beer over my pot roast and I also made a beer cake once. YUMMY!!!

Once every two weeks or so durning the winter time.

Cooking with beer has great flavors to add to any meat dish. I prefer to use a dark ale. Keep in mind that it needs to be reduced by half to 3 quarters.

Cooking with beer gives a great flavor and I use beer maybe in 4 or 5 different recipes that I have. I will say this that is it better to let the beer sit out on the counter until it goes flat and gets warm.... sometimes the chemical reaction makes things go haywire .... like in bread...
