Answers: I LOVE Moussaka! It's a kind of Greek lasagna. My father-in-law is Greek, from Cyprus. He's introduced us to alot of Greek dishes.

CHOW FOON (An all-time favorite for dim sum lunch)
Part 1 -
Steamed Noodles - Makes 5-6 rolls
1 c cake flour, sifted
2 T cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1 T oil
1 1/4 c water
Combine all ingredients thoroughly, making sure there are no lumps. Use a blender if preferred. Strain mixture if lumps are present. Prepare the wok for steamping with a rack to hold an 8" or 9" round cake pan. Oil pan and place on rack in wok. Pour in about 1/3 cup of batter just to cover bottom of pan. Cover and steam on high heat for 5 minutes. Remove pan from steamer and float pan in some cold water. Allow to cool. Remove noodle from pany by rolling (jelly roll style). Clean pan if necessary and repeat process until all batter is used. Use several pans to make this process easier and faster.
Part 2 -
Ingredients 4-6 servings
1/2 lb rice noodles (to soften noodles, steam or microwave)
3 T oil
1/4 lb sliced boneless chicken
1/4 lb shrimp - shelled and deveined
1/2 c pea pods
1/2 c sliced green or red peppers
1/4 c sliced mushrooms
1 c beansprouts
1 green onion - sliced
1 T oyster sauce
2 T soy sauce
2 T rice wine
1/4 tsp salt
1 T sesame seed oil
Cilantro for garnish
Warm rice noodles in a steamer or microwave. Slice noodles into wide pieces. Cut up chicken pieces. Prepare all remaining ingredients. Heat wok and add oil. Stir-fr4y meat until done, push up to sides of wok. Add all vegetables and seasoning ingredients with the noodles. Combine gently and transfer to a plate. Garnish with cilantro.
