and any number of the following

bacon bits (fake ones if you are vegetarian)
    sunflower seeds
    panko crumbs
    parsley
    scallions
    crispy fried onions
    coarse salt and pepper

OMG, grilled pieces of chicken with salsa!! OR

Crumbled turkey bacon with cheese and broccoli. YUM.

Load on the chili, cheese, broccoli, bacon, and sour cream.

minced onions, bacon bits, cheese and a dollap of sour cream

I like to saute some mushrooms in oil, add some onions, steamed broccoli, and bacon. I slide this on top of my buttered potato that's been sprinkled with some cheddar cheese. I top with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese and some sour cream. Yum!

leave off the salt for me.
shredded cheese BBQ beef sour cream

Cut the baked potatos in half and scoop out the potato into a bowl saving the skins. Add buttermilk, a bit of butter and mash/whip with a blender.

Add any extra stuff at the end like Bacon bits, sour cream, etc.

Shred EXTRA SHARP cheddar cheese. Put a layer in each half of the skin, fill with the mashed potato mixture and top with another layer of cheese. Back in the oven on high so the cheese melts.
