Small Cookie Recipe?!

Question: I need a cookie recipe that is not for a bunch of people but more or less for two. Instead of a recipe that makes alot, how about one that make one or two cookies. I don't know if there is such a thing. Sugar would be preferred.

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

preheat oven to 325.
mix 1 cup peanut butter.
1-2 cup white sugar and 1 egg.
mix well until blended.
roll into 24 balls on ungreased cookie sheet. flatten with fork
bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

You could just make a regular sugar cookie recipe and either give away or freeze the ones you don't want to eat right now.

Take any recipe and cut it in half..or a 1/4...whatever...good luck

Here is an easy one..... Kolaches

Dough:

4 TBS. Bisquick
2 TBS. Sour Cream

Roll out the dough (about 1/8 in thick). Use cookie cutter or jar lid to cut out circles (or just use a knife to make squares).

Place on ungreased baking sheet. Gently press middle with your thumb... not too much.

Filling:

Jam or canned pie fillings - any flavor you like. Pie fillings work best..

Put about 1 tsp of filling in the middle of the cookie where you pressed down with your thumb.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Just remember that the dough is a 2-1 ratio. Full Batch is 2c Bisquick to 1c sour cream...
