I need a recipe for boneless pork chops!?!
Answers: My husband picked some up because they looked good, but I have no idea how to cook them. I have never really been that into pork chops. Any recipes or suggestions?
********PARMESAN PORK CHOPS
6 center cut boneless pork chops
1 med. onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Approximately 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt (optional)
Pepper (optional)
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper on both sides of pork chop. Slice onion in thin transparent slices. Cover each pork chop with onion slices. Spread mayonnaise over top of pork chop (cover onions). Sprinkle Parmesan cheese to completely coat mayonnaise. Set oven at about 375 degrees. Bake for about 45 minutes until mayonnaise and cheese form a golden crust. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Caramel Apple Pork Chops
these are really good
INGREDIENTS
4 (3/4 inch) thick pork chops
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tart apples - peeled, cored and sliced
3 tablespoons pecans (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 175 degrees F (80 degrees C). Place a medium dish in the oven to warm.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brush chops lightly with oil and place in hot pan. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, or until done. Transfer to the warm dish, and keep warm in the preheated oven.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, salt and pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add butter to skillet, and stir in brown sugar mixture and apples. Cover and cook until apples are just tender. Remove apples with a slotted spoon and arrange on top of chops. Keep warm in the preheated oven.
Continue cooking sauce uncovered in skillet, until thickened slightly. Spoon sauce over apples and chops. Sprinkle with pecans.
you can also just season them with salt ,pepper and garlic powder and throw them on the grill.. they are great that way too & taste like steak
Put them in a heavy fry pan, med-high heat, salt and pepper the top. Brown, turn, and brown that side. Cover with salsa and add a little water to the pan, put the lid on, reduce heat, cook for 1 hr +/-
I'm making this same thing tonight! In a ziplock bag put a few Tbsp olive oil, sesame oil, and hot sesame oil. Add about 1/2 cup soy sauce, a lot of minced garlic and ginger, and a chopped shallot or bunch of green onions. Marinate the chops in the bag. Then just grill them and discard the marinade. (It sounds like a lot of oil, but most of it stays in the discarded marinade.)
Shake n Bake tastes great on pork chops lol. its very easy, you buy it in the box or im sure you could make the stuff for it. but it tastes good and goes great with a flavored rice
