How to make the best guacamole?!

Question: Sorry if I am spelling it wrong. I would like a great guacamola recipe. I have made this many times but looking for something new. Something you think is the best. If the recipe has a story behind it lets here it. Thank you ahead of time

Ingredients:
4 ripe avacados - mashed with a FORK
1 lemon - Juiced (about 1/3 - 1/2 cup)
1 small yellow onion - finaly diced
4-6 green onions tops included finaly diced
1/2 cup cilantro - shifanaded (you grab a small handful, roll up tighty and slice into thin ribbons)
4-6 dashes Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1-2 serving spoonfuls Sour Cream (Use something bigger than a measured tablespoon)
Salt & pepper to taste

Garnish: Optional
1 ripe roma tomatoe, juiced, seeded and finly diced
1-2 sprigs of cilantro

Directions:
Mash avacodos with a FORK (this the most important part of this receipe) and when mashed well, add lemon juice. Add rest of the ingredients except sour cream. Mix well, then fold in sour cream. Put guacamole in glass serving dish and garnish if desired. Makes about a quarts worth.

If you should end up with left-overs, you can try this method to keep it from turning brown.
Place in a container with a tight fitting lid. cover with clear wrap, pushing down until there is no possibility of air leaks leaving enough wrap to hang over the edges of the bowl. Put cover on bowl and put it in the fridge. I've had it last for several days using this method. Of ourse nobody was home to eat it. If you use some just use a new piece of clear wrap to cover. Hope you all enjoy
