Fruit Parafait
you will need: fresh berries, low fat vanilla yogurt or condensed milk

just put berries in bowl and put two spoonfuls of condensed milk or some yougurt over berries.

Air popped popcorn, or even the microwave popcorn w/no butter ( it still has all the salt tho, unless you can find a low sodium brand) Baked tortilla chips and salsa, any fresh veggies and dip made w/low fat cream cheese( you add enough spices to it, you wont notice its low fat). Two of my favorite snacks are wrapping a green onion in a piece of turkey ham, or smoked turkey thats been spread w/low fat cream cheese Or take a flour tortilla, spread with lowfat cream cheese, top w/turkey ham or smoked turkey, roll up and slice! They are better if made a little while before you eat them ( especially the green onion one, so the onion flavor has a chance to mingle in the cream cheese) but it's definately not necessary!

Fruit Salsa
1 can tidbit pineapple,drained
1 can peaches,drained
1 cup strawberries,hulled,chopped
2 kiwis,sliced,diced
2 cups Cool Whip lite or sugar free
Chop peaches.
Mix and layer ingredients in a glass.
