i love them.. i wanted to marry a jalapeno when i was a kid.. i got this metal plate thing with holes in it, to cook them on the grill, standing up..
i cut the tops off, stuff with cheese and sometimes beef and slow cook/smoke them...
tears my butthole up the next day..

Same as Tyler...except no bacon. I bread them instead.
I stuff my jalapenos with cream cheese and wrap it with bacon, then bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes.
yup right out the box
Never eat anything with any kind of hot pepper in it, Not even black pepper.
You mean like, stuffed animal stuffed Jalapenos? Yes, I love to sleep on mine cause it's sooooo squishy and soft. Plus, it assures great food dreams. Won mine at a carnival.
well I love jalapeno poppers. it's the peppers with melted cheddar cheese in a breading, then deep fried. they sell them in the frozen section at most markets...and in our area we have a pizza place called Santa's that makes them awesome homemade, as well as broccoli poppers.
i cut the jalapeno in half not all the way the take all the stuff from the inside out they start cooking them after some time i add cheese in the middle and then let them cook for a little bit more
I really love Jalapenos, the way I make them is first get the biggest jalapenos you can find, then brown some ground beef, then I cut the peppers in half (if you leave the seeds in they are a lot hotter) then after the meat is brown I put some of it in the halved peppers and put mozzarella cheese on top ( the more the better) and put them in an oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. One other thing is that I microwave the peppers for about 10-20 seconds to soften the peppers alittle. They are great! Good Luck!
My mom made some for the holidays they were good. She slcied the jalepeno in half and stuffed them with a cream cheese and chopped onion mix.....
Yes I love Jalapenos... Well the way my mom showed me was to first cook the Jalapenos on a stove once they're nicely cooked all around you place them in a plastic bag and tie it that way the heat from the Jalapenos makes it really humid I recommend you leave them in the bag for about five minutes. Once you've done that you need to peel the Jalapenos so they don't look burned and once you've done that you can stuff your Jalapenos with whatever cheese you prefer. Ok now that you've done that you get eggs and whip them until the point that they become into foam, and the way you do that is that you separate the egg whites from the yokes and place them in different bowls first and once you've done that you blend the egg whites first to the point of foam and the way you find out if it's foamy enough is turn the bowl upside down and if it sticks to the bowl it means it's ready for the yokes to be thrown in and be blended. Ok once you've blended the yokes into the white foam you should have some flour ready so you can dip the Stuffed Jalapenos into flour once they're covered by flour you dip the Stuffed Jalapenos one by one into the foam of eggs and place them into a frying pan once they're fried on both sides and they have a nice brownish yellowish color it means they're ready to eat. Also the best thing to do is to place them on napkins so the oil can come out of the Jalapenos that way they won't be so greasy. I hope you enjoy them...
i totally agree with tyler. in summer i buy 10-40 fresh jalapenos from the farmers market each week and stuff them that way... yuuuuuummm.=)
