Looking for some easy recipes to use up dry/store cupboard food...?!

Question: I've got bulgar wheat, chick peas (can't stand hummous though!), and a whole lot of different types of dried beans... kidney beans, cannellini beans, and a bag of mixed beans.

Any simple recipes for using any of the above would be much appreciated, thanks!

Using onions, garlic and tomatoes, adding a few herbs you could make yourself a stew with any of the pulses. You could improvise on this, using other things like: celery, leeks, peppers, etc.

Chickpeas goes well with pork, lentils with sausages and the beans with beef. There's also lots of salads with several types of beans in them.

Bulgar is a bit more complex, aside of Tabouleh, there isn't much you can do with it.

not sure...but you could always give it to the Open Pantry, if all else fails

if you look on jamie olivers website i think he has some recipes for pulses etc.... also delia smith

kinda obvious but you can't beat a mixed bean chilli

you can search for recipes for mixed bean soups to use to beans.......I drain chickpeas and top my salads with them......and bulgur wheat is a toughie! Other than tabouleh, I am not quite certain! Do a recipe search for tabouleh, and see how that sounds to you :)
