Whats the perfect temperature and time for whole chicken wings in the oven?!

Question: Ive got them seasoned already and I like em crispy!

Answers: Ive got them seasoned already and I like em crispy!

Cook at 425 oven that is preheated, not cold. And if the wings are average size 15 to 20 minutes, make sure to cook to internal temp of 165 or if no thermometer, check the wing in the meatiest part and make sure that it is not bloody and the juices are clear.

Turn over your wings half way thru to get them crispy on both sides or if you have a rack or broiler grate, you can set them on top of it so the grease goes underneath, they will get crispy.

Can I get some of them when they are ready?????

Generally you don't get chicken crispy in the oven - you do that in a skillet or in a pot of oil. I always cook my wings at 350o with their seasoning on for about 20-25 minutes. The only way to crisp them would be with the broiler and that will dry out your meat and make it tough.

Standard for me in the oven is 350 degrees F.
As for how long- might vary a little.
I would say watch them after 30 minutes and bast them also
they might need 15 -20 minutes more.

I have to have mine crispy too - I line a baking sheet with foil, lay the wings in a single layer, and then roast them in a hot oven - 425F for about 25 minutes. (then I take em out and toss with Franks Red Hot - yum!)

350

there are some wing recipes on this link. hope it helps.
