Beef bolognaise disaster help?!


Question: unfortunately a vinegar white wine was added and it is so acidy it is unpleasant to eat. Can that taste be somehow nullified? Paddy

Another long shot...try 1/8 of a teaspoon of baking soda...don't over use the baking soda. When you add it, it will foam up as it nullifies the acid.... Hopefully you can regroup from there.

It's long shot, but try adding some sugar.
