Venison neck roast- marinated in a red wine/garlic/vinegar then what?!
Answers: How long? I put it in a dutch oven after marinating overnight and then in a 350 degree oven- I have never done a neck roast before, anything i should know?
however long it takes to get to 145 degrees, which should be no longer than 2 hours
keep checking to make sure it isn't drying out--if so,add butter or some of the marinade
