I think 70 kg. would be nice. Right now you are at a healthy BMI, but you are on the low end of healthy. If you want to gain a bit more to feel good in your own skin, go for it. Otherwise, you are healthy now, and you would be just as healthy at 70kg.

try 75kg Buddy....

yeah i would say 70kg would be a good weight!

70 kg would be fine

i heard *** has a lot of calories...

sorry to say...
but

what is 511?

http://www.huguley.org/WellnessLibrary/I...

1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds

According to you, 63 kg is 138.89122506

5'11 = 180 cm

weight in kilograms = 63
BMI = ---------------------------------------
height in meters squared = 1.8034 x 1.8034 ( because of square) = 3.25225156
63kg/3.25225156 = 19.371195020705040163559301500536

1 feet = 30.48 x 6 feet = 182.88 - 2.54 = 180.34/100= 1.8034 meters
1 inch = 2.54
1 meter = 100 cm

According to my calculations and huguleys. Its different for my first atempt and i remembered squared is timing itself once. So I needed another source.

Even though mine is 17.467006764999445491948730176334 and second is 19.371195020705040163559301500536 and huugly is 19.4 and nhbisupport is also 19.4
