Very easy and delicious microwave fudge:

3 cups chocolate (or other flavor) chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
nuts (optional)

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix chips, milk and salt. Microwave until completely melted (be careful not to scortch it)
Add vanilla and optional nuts
Mix thoroughly

I use a 8 x 8 square pan and line it with foil. Pour fudge in pan and refrigerate until solid. Remove fudge from pan, peel off foil, invert on a plate, cut and enjoy!!

This is the best fudge ever. I just made it for Christmas and had several people tell me it was the best homemade fudge they'd ever had. Super easy too.

Never Fail Fudge
4 ? C sugar
1 can evaporated milk - NOT sweetened condensed milk
1/3 C butter

16 oz Hersheys chocolate candy bar
1 12oz pkg milk chocolate chips
1 pint marshmallow cream
2 C chopped walnuts

In a large bowl break up the chocolate bars, pour in the chocolate chips, marshmellow cream and nuts.

In a good sized sauce pan, heat the milk and butter until the butter melts. Add the sugar and stir constantly. This must be done over a low heat to keep the sugar from burning. It will expand as it cooks so make sure you;re using a big enough pan.

Continue to heat slowly till the mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 5 min. Pour the sugar mixture into the large bowl over all the candy and marshmallow cream, stir until everything has melted completely.

Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper and pour the fudge into that cookie sheet. Smooth it out toward the edges and let it cool. Set it in a very cold area to do this effectively. Cut into squares and eat. It's creamy and delicious!
