make some split pea soup or navy bean soup if it is ham with the bone. if is sliced ham wrap some shicken breasts around the ham and some swiss cheese bread in corn flake crumbs and bake for some delicious chicken cordon bleu

you can make a monte cristo sandwhich, it's great in lentil soup or pasta fagioli, the list is goes on and on

the easiest is having it for breakfast...fry it with eggs. Or slice it for sandwiches for lunch.

ham and swiss sandwich or ham omlets :)

ham salad is good for sandwiches

How about ham salad spread. Grind ham, add mayo, onions, relish, spices. Spread on bread or crackers.

Ham and scalloped potatoes, ham & mac & cheese, ham sandwiches.

Chop some in a food processor and add to macaroni and cheese. Make a quiche. Eggs benedict .

I just made ham and scalloped potatoes for dinner the other night using left over ham - you can also make ham and Au Gratin potatoes, ham and bean soup served with cornbread, a ham and rice casserole with cream of mushroom soup, quiche...

Mix up a box or two of macaroni and cheese according to the instructions. While you're boiling the pasta, chop up some leftover ham and toss it into the pot with the pasta. It'll heat through just fine that way, even if you toss it in as the pasta is almost done; small pieces heat quickly, and it really is already cooked so it only needs to heat. Do everything else according to the instructions on the box. It's a fun twist on ham and cheese.

Make an omelette

ham salad for sammiches

split pea soup

ham croquets

use it to season greens

I buy the 15 bean soup bag (with the dried beans at the store), soak them overnight on the stove top or in a crock pot. Rinse and fill the pot with fresh water, add onion, carrot and the ham. Cook all day and by supper time you have a fabulous soup. In fact, it's what we had for dinner tonight with a nice raspberry jello salad and home made beer bread! It was fabulous!!!!
