Presidents choice frozen puff pastry. Any tips?!

Question: I bought these and am unsure if you can roll them. Its not specific on the box. And when I used them I found out that it seemed too thick after I baked them. Any one have any tips on using this product? I found it to be really tasty, and would like to know how to use it perfectly. Recipes would be awesome too! Thanks!

You must bake puff pastry at a high temp.so they rise nice.
Very good and best served the same day or they get tough.

Turnovers
You can roll them, but its better if you don't.
I cut them into squares and fill with a Tbsp.of pie filling.Brush water on 2 of the edges.Fold over to make a triangle.Crimp egde with fork(not where it is folded)
Make a slit in the top for vent.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar if desired.
Bake at 425 for about 20 mins.
Be sure your oven is preheated.Bake on greased sheet...I spray mine.
Do not get eggwash on the cut egdes.

You do need to unroll them after they're completely thawed. If you click the "PC Chef's Tips" tab on the page at the link below, you'll see several recipes using them.
