I need some suggestions for Hot Dog toppings.?!
Answers: Chili? Cheese,?Onion?.....what are some killer toppings I can use for a great hot dog dinner tonight. I have grown ups and kids coming over for dinner and need some cool topping ideas.
My uncle makes killer hot dogs this way: Steams the wieners, and lightly toasts the buns so they're still soft but toasty. He then places the wieners on the buns and squirts either mustard or ketchup on them depending on your preferences. Then dices a LOT of tomato, and spring onion (you can add fresh diced jalapeno to this or just relish or pickles) and mounds that over a hotdog. so good!!!

Chili, cheese and onions for sure, they are classic. You might also want to put out relish, sauerkraut, sauteed onions, different kinds of cheese. Make sure you have all the dressings, like mustard, mayo, ketchup, etc...
Bobby Flay was just grilling hot dogs on the food network an hour ago...he made Texas Style with BBQ-Chipolte sauce with slaw on top with a sour pickle spear. And he made another one with roasted tomatoes, salsa, cheddar cheese, and nachos on top...they looked slammin.
